Meredith and Justyn had a wonderful, hot July wedding day in their hometown of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We started everything off at Meredith's parents' beautiful home. The first look in the backyard was a gorgeous scene. We even got to venture over to the neighbor's yard and get some pictures on a cute little bridge.
Next it was off to the chapel! The ceremony was performed at Liberty Christian Church, a quaint little church right next to a cornfield. When you think of chapel in the Kentucky, this church probably pops into your mind. To make the day even more special, everyone gathered at the local firehouse after the ceremony to celebrate their marriage. The groom's father is the town's volunteer fire chief. He drove a fire truck over so we could take some portraits of the couple next to it.
I'm so thankful to get the chance to shoot this wedding. That's two Perkins' weddings down and one to go!
